cPanel extends the Support offerings

cPanel is a leading provider of software that automates Windows and Linux web servers around the world. It has made announcement for an expansion of its technical support offerings. The company has made decision for expanding its technical support services in three key areas:

# 24 x 7 x 365 phone support
# New Live Chat features available on its website of cPanel
# Reorganizing the online discussion forums and giving a technical support analyst to monitor them full-time
# Technical Support is available around the clock.

cPanel has already provided technical support mainly through its online, ticket-based system, offering phone support only during daytime business hours. There is a change in this scenario. The customer base is growing for the company and there is a need to expand our support team, so that we can provide our users with help around the clock.

The more is the size of cPanel’s support team; it provides customers with other benefits, too. Adding more number of seasoned veterans and top talent has also allowed expanded support for migrations, bug review, direct API support as well as the direct involvement in many key areas that will be important for 2010.

cPanel has also implemented a Live Chat feature on its website, available to customers during daytime business hours.
