Description
Create your new email account in your web hosting account, typically from cPanel.

Click on tools tab on task bar and click on Accounts tab in it. Click on Add button and ensure that E Mail accounts option is selected. Click on next button.
- Enter the display name, as you'd like to get in outgoing mails. Click on Next button.
- Enter your server settings in the next window. Fill in the Incoming and Outgoing server settings in boxes. Click on Next button.
- Enter your user name and password, as provided by the hosting provider. An option is given to download emails at that point. If you wish to download them, check the button. Click on Finish button.
- Click properties for changing SMTP. In properties, click on Servers tab. Select on the check box 'My server acquires authentication'. It will ensure that you can only send the email and no one else can use it. Click Ok when finished.
Email account is successfully setup.
