Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click on the 'cPanel' icon on WHM window. In the next window, click 'Branding' icon. This will open the cPanel page, which has a lot of information on how to incorporate branding into your customer's cPanel, so that they will be able to see your logo, rather than cPanel logo.
Scroll down the window to see the optional cPanel themes. You can opt any of the cPanel themes, with your own logo. Select a theme of your own choice. By scrolling down again, you will be able to see other options of logos, which you can replace with your logos, in the respective theme. You can upload your logos from the browsing option given. The old logo will be replaced by the new one and you will be able to see the successfully branded logo, which will be customized from your end.
