Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click on 'Packages' option on the main WHM screen. Click on 'Feature Manager' tool. This tool is used to assign customized set of features to a package. The first thing to be done is to create a feature list name and click on 'Add' button.
It will give a list of all the features available in cPanel. This will allow you to make a custom list, in which only some features will be available for certain accounts. You can check and uncheck the options available in this section. After finishing, save the changes. This makes the creation of a custom feature list.
You may click back to Feature Manager. From this, you can edit the feature list, which you have created. In order to use the feature list created by us, we need to implement it on a specific package. You can go to packages and enter its 'Edit Packages' tab. Select any package and in the next window, you will be given one option to add the 'Feature List' created by us.
