Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click 'Email' link on the WHM main page. Click on Mail Trouble shooter link on the next window. You can enter the email address, from which you want to trace the route of server. The trace will show you the mapping of the email address, which will show the route of email.
You can enter any email address, which is not in the server. The trace will go to the server on which the email ID is located and will confirm that the email ID is correct or false.
