Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click the 'DNS Functions' link. In the next window, click on 'Edit MX Entry' link. Select the account for which you want a customized MX entry & click on 'Edit' button. A window will appear where you can give a custom MX entry. You may want it for the customers, who want to get their email hosted to some other server. In this case, you will mention the IP address of the other server and click on 'Save' button. This will save any changes made in MX entries.
