Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Hosting accounts are suspended, to devoid them to work further. This can be used if the account has too many server resources, if the customer has not paid their bill or the accounts will be automatically suspended, if the monthly bandwidth exceeds the limit.
On the left side of WHM main page, click 'Modify Suspended Account Page' link there. You can go ahead and paste the HTML code that corresponds to the respective page. Click on 'Save' button, after you have completed the task. This modifies the page.
