Log in to Web Host Manager (WHM). Click on Account Functions link. In the new window, click on 'Upgrade/Downgrade an account' link. Upgrading or downgrading an account uses account packages. In simple words, we are going to assign different package to one of the accounts in WHM.
Select the account which you want to upgrade. Make changes and click on 'Modify' button. You can include the new package, from the list of many packages and click on 'Change' button. This will upgrade or downgrade an account in WHM.
